Just like the pioneer settlers of old, we bring our farms with us wherever we may go. A new type of Victory Garden will feed and nourish the astro-pioneers of the future. We imagine high-tech gardens doing old-fashioned things: producing staples for cooking fresh food, to build soil and to let astro-pioneers to reconnect with a natural environment.

Because the unfortunate truth is that astronauts rarely get to eat fresh food, nor do they see any natural plantscapes. The new series Space Garden aims to change that someday. More space gardens means more fresh food and better astronaut health.
