Shipping Information

Your order ships from my studio in Portland, Oregon using the U.S. Postal Service. Rates are determined by weight. We ship on Mondays and Thursdays.

When you do business with J. Wirtheim Design on victorygardenoftomorrow.com, we assure you that your information will be kept confidential and as secure as possible. Our rules are common sense-based ideas that we expect when we shop.

Your Personal Information

We will not rent or sell or otherwise give out your name, address, email or what your ordered to any third party without your permission.

Your Payment Information

We do not store credit card information. When you place an order with us, your payment information is passed securely to our bank, your card is authorized, and we store the encrypted authorization information—not the actual credit card information. This means you need to enter payment information every time you shop with us, but we feel it's a reasonable trade-off for your security and piece of mind.

Sending You Emails

When you order from us, we'll only send you email for these reasons:

1. Confirm an order you placed.

2. Ask you a clarifying question in case we're out of something or need more information.

3. Let you know that an order has shipped.

Easy Exchanges

I guarantee you will be happy with your order, but if you received the wrong item, we will promptly send you the correct item or issue you a full refund after you have returned the wrong item. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

Because many of our items are custom-made to your order, all sales are final. If you received what you ordered and it is not defective, we cannot accept returns.

International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government in addition to the shipping fees shown below. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount that may be charged.
